Trta: The oldest vineyards (30-40 years) have the growing shape of a Casarsa with a plantation density of 4.000 vines per hectare, the newly planted vineyards (6 to 15 years) a single Guyot with 5.000 vines per hectare. Soil composition: marlaceous - which contains a high quantity of minerals.
