St. Michael 2006
Dry white wine
Alcohol: 14,0 % vol.
The sort named St. Michael (40% white pinot and 60% sauvignon) derived its name from the village Šmihel in which we have two vineyards of sauvignon, white pinot and some malvasia. The wine has a the colour of straw (Vino je slamnato rumene barve) and has a rich and fine flavour. The accentuation is on hay, accompanied by lime flowers, green apples, dried apricots and pears. At the end we can feel the touch of elder. Its taste is soft and fresh, rounded by elegance and lastingness.
