Malvasia 2009
Alcohol: 13,5 % vol.
A 100% malvasia from 35 years old vineyards, with 40 hours of maceration which gives us a realy interesting wine. The wine is of a straw yellow colour with golden shades, clear and bright. The wine it’s not entirely limpid and even the first smell reveals a prolonged contact with the grape skins. There are also intensive microbiological aromas with traces of bread, coffee and chocolate. In the mouth feels dry, strongly mineral, pretty fresh…inviting
Temperature of serving: 12–14°C
Time and type of maturation: 8 months in old barrels of 250 litres each
Food: Sea food (fish, mussels), rice and barley prepared in various ways
