Cabernet sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon 2004

Cabernet Sauvignon 2004
Dry red wine
Alcohol: 11.8 % vol.

The cabernet sauvignon of that vintage has a purplish red colour with shades of cherry rose and a fairly intensive flavour. The one year ageing in old barrique barrels enriched it with fine trail of tannis  (rahlo taničnostjo) and wholeness. One can feel the freshness of strawberries, cherries, and raspberries. The softness of the body and its freshness are still present despite its age
Food: wild hare, cured meat products and stewed meat.
Temperature of serving: 14–16°C
Time and type of maturation: 18 months in old barrels
